Located just hilly above Baveno in a marvelous quiet position, 3 km from Stresa, this brand new bright apartment enjoys a stunning lake view, is modernly furnished and equipped with the best comforts like Air Con, free WiFi, smart TV, private garage with direct access to the property, featuring large outdoor/indoor spaces like a a nice garden where having relax sunbathing and a superb large terrace where attending the incredible show of the lake at the sunset tasting your dinner, a bright living area overlooking the lake with direct access to the covered terrace, open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and any accessories, table for 4 people, a large comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults, a wonderful bedroom overlooking the lake with a comfortable double bed and 2 bathrooms. The property is in a privileged position overlooking the lake and surrounded by the nature in a oasis of peace and silence, an ideal place for a peaceful stay within very short walking distance (10/15 minutes) from the heart of the village and the lakefront.
Please pay attention that this property for rent is not a hotel, agritourism, B&B or similar, and therefore by law, extra services similar to those you may find in these types of accommodations, such as a reception, concierge or security, receiving mail, provision of meals and drinks, cleaning and change of linen during your stay etc. are strictly prohibited. The apartments are located just hilly above Baveno, in a wonderful quiet area within very short walking distances from the lakefront and the beaches as well as from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the ferries to the 3 famous lake islands, the Bella Island, the Fishermen Island and the Mother Island. From the property you can also hike through many wonderful paths and discover the lush nature in the surroundings. The highway exit BAVENO is just 3 km away, driving easily to any attractions as Stresa 3 km far, lake Orta 20 km far, lake Mergozzo 6 km far, Feriolo 3 km far and 27 km far from Mottarone's peak, where you can enjoy the most beautiful view you have ever seen as well as go skiing during the winter season. If you are a golf player you can enjoy, within a 10 minute drive, 3 beautiful 18 holes courts
