La casa è antica,elegante e immersa nel verde ,adatta a famiglie o gruppi di amici , vicina a città d’arte ( Perugia,Assisi,Gubbio,Foligno,Bevagna, Spello e Montefalco) e a interessanti percorsi naturalistici ( lago Trasimeno, sorgenti del Clitunno, Rasiglia , cascate del Menotre). Per gli sportivi ci sono a 5 km piscine e campi da tennis, per gli amanti del golf a 13 km c’è Antognolla golf club
Per gli amanti dell’arte si consiglia la visita di Perugia ( Galleria Nazionale dell’Umbria, piazza IV novembre, il Duomo, Palazzo dei Priori) di Assisi ( Basilica superiore e inferiore di S.Francesco con affreschi di Giotto e Cimabue) , Gubbio ( palazzo dei Consoli). Per gli amanti della musica da non perdere Umbria Jazz ( luglio) . A pochi km dalla struttura sono presenti ristoranti ( il Caldaro, Borgomela), pizzeria Tabacchi Jazz . Importanti manifestazioni a carattere storico: Corsa dei ceri e Palio della balestra a Gubbio, Giostra della Quintana a Foligno, Calendimaggio e Palio di S.Rufino ad Assisi , Mercato delle Gaite a Bevagna .
