Vincenzo and Shahin we started this businesses many years ago and we love our job cause we are at the disposal of the guests always, moreover we live close to the accommodation and we take care of our guests. All the people that stayed with us has been satisfied cause the love and the passion for this job makes the difference. We speak english italian, french and Spanish.

Property information

The Apartment is composed by 3 rooms, each room have a bathroom and fully equipped of all comfort, free wi fi in the whole accommodation and rooms, hair dryer, toilettries, shampoo shower cup and soap, tea machine facilities. Is located in a residential building on the 5th floor with elevator.

Neighbourhood information

The district is lovely, one of the most ancient and characteristic of Rome, one of the 7 hills Monte Esquilino, with one of the most beautiful basilica, Santa Maria Maggiore, morever the district is full of restaurants, stores, supermarket and caffè. We are in less then 20 minutes walking from the Colosseum and ancient rome. Buses stops and metro are in less then 5/10 minutes walking, even if we are close to the station the district is very safe cause we are located on a nice side of termini station, the closest main street is Via Cavour, full of stores and restaurants as well and at the end of this beautifull street there is The Roman Forum.
