Il quartiere è molto bello. La posizione è nel cuore di Sorrento nell'area più verde della città, molto tranquilla, situata in una strada pedonale quindi poco rumorosa e senza traffico dalle automobili. Circondato dal verde è fornito di ogni servizio di cui abbiate bisogno: Di fronte al palazzo c'è un supermercato Carrefour e accanto ad essa uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti "Il Parrucchiano". Poi bar, pub, trattorie, pizzerie, negozi sono tutti intorno.Dista solo 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, dalla stazione ferroviaria, il porto. Fermata dell'autobus accanto all'edificio.
