Villa in Syracuse, a stone's throw from the sea. Located in a marine protected area, a few hundred meters from the wonderful Ognina cliff and a 1 km from the white Arenella beach reachable by walking in the characteristic Mediterranean scrub. In addition to the beauty of the coast and the clear waters, about 10 kilometers away is the city of Syracuse and the splendid island of Ortigia. The house has a land of 1500 square meters with olive and fruit trees, availability of outdoor shower.
Area suitable for bike rides, nature excursions and scuba diving. Nearby in the summer period there are bars, solariums, pizzerias, and restaurants. At about 1 km there is the small port of Ognina where in the morning you can buy fresh fish directly from the boats from the fishing
