The company has been in operation since 2004. Our team is ready to help you in every situation, 24 hours a day. Our main offices are located in the street parallel to the residence (via delle pinne 74). Most importantly, we offer numerous services, the most requested are: - Shuttle service for many destination - Car rental to reach places of interest further away from Monnalisa Village -Car park for short and long period of time even if you are no more in Monnalisa Village We hope to see you soon!

Property information

Monnalisa Village is an excellent structure located only 200 m from the sea, 7km from the airport and 14km from Fiera di Roma, one of the relevant business areas of Rome. The structure is indipendent and, there is a private car park inside (allowed for vehicles and motorbikes up to 3.5 m). The structure has been recently renovated and it is equipped with every comfort. Monnalisa Village is close to the cinema and the shopping centre of Parco Leonardo, which are only 12km from the structure (reachable within our shuttle service upon request). Neighbourhood information

Focene is one of the five seaside hamlets in the municipality of Fiumicino, just 30km from Rome, and it is a large seaside village on the shores of the Tyrrhenian Sea, built in the 1940s as a fishing settlement. It then developed in the early 1960s following the construction of the airport, which became an international air gateway for some 27 million people a year. The area offers daily and seasonal tourist extensive white beaches, just a few kilometres away is the FSKI, the oldest school in Rome. The teachers are qualified and certified in kitesurfing, kite trips, sup courses, equipment storage/rental and kitesurfing insurance.
