The apartment, recently renovated with fine materials, is located in the green of a residential area nearby the tram stop 3 and 15 "Via dei Missaglia Via Feraboli" (2 minutes by walking from the flat) easily accessible for the most important destinations such as Duomo Square and Brera District that can be reached in 20/25 minutes.

The apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area within walking distance of the "Via dei Missaglia Via Feraboli" streetcar stop 3 and 15. A strategic area in terms of travel by public transportation. "Quartiere Navigli" can be reached in 20 minutes by Tram 3 or 15 and then by the M2 green subway. Milan Cathedral can be reached in 25 minutes by Tram 3 or 15. Bocconi University, IULM and Naba can be reached in only 10 minutes by car. Within the condominium structure, you will find all amenities, including also a restaurant open only for lunch, a theater and a convenient parcel delivery and shipping service.
