This newly built apartment will allow you to easily reach many touristic destinations in the area (such as the city center of La Spezia but also Portovenere, Cinque Terre, Lerici etc.) by foot or public transportation. The apartment has been built recently, and is therefore new. The space is composed by an area including kitchen, dining table, and couch, one bedroom with a king size bed and a one-person sofa bed, and one bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower. Our guests will be able to access all the areas of the apartment: bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, and balcony. It is permitted to introduce mall-sized pets in the apartment, free of charge. However, they are not allowed on the beds or the couch. We will make sure to provide the apartment with suitable bedding and bowls for your furry friends. CITRA Code: 011015-LT-2347
