Important information From 1 April to 30 June 2021, work will begin on renovating the facade, which is why scaffolding will be installed. The work will continue until the end of June, which means that unfortunately the view of the sea is limited. The construction noise must also be expected. If you have any problems, questions I remain at your disposal. Greetings Antonio The beautiful old house was built around 1800. The apartment, about 3 meters high, was renovated with passion. You will find a kitchen that is fully equipped, a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and an intimate shower. I hope you all feel well. The heating and cooling works with a heat pump that uses little electricity. The hot water is produced with an energy-saving, extra-insulating boiler. This is designed for 4 people.
