Beautiful top floor apartment right in front of the beach, overlooking Palmaria island and connected to the village of Portovenere by a beautiful promenade. Comfortably accomodates up to five people, private parking space is provided. Equipped with every comfort and a huge living room with a stunning view, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and four balconies. Access to appliances (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) is allowed. Ideal for couples and families. The apartment is perfect for those wishing to combine the pleasure of the holiday without giving up the comfort of a real home. The availability of a free parking space is particularly valuable in a village like Portovenere, where there are no free parking spaces. Also, the location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the beauty of the place and the life of the village maintaining the tranquility at night.
The apartment is on the top floor of a residential building, located right in front of Olivo beach, 5 minutes on foot from the village center, connected by a wonederful boardwalk. In a range of 1 minute on foot you'll find a bar, a tobacconist/newspaper agent, a grocery. The closest supermarket is 5 minutes on foot distant. For those who did not have a car, the house is well-connected with La Spezia by busses and ferries The Cinque Terre and Palmaria Island are directly and easily reachable with the ferry service in the port of Portovenere.
