Luxurious stylish apartment in a historical art-deco building designed for Olivetti engineers in 1950s. It is totally renovated with the respect to art-deco tradition. The apartment is spacious - 130 square metres. It is furnished with Italian design brands - Kartell, Poltrona, Auping. There are 2 balconies facing the street and the back side of the building. It is less than 10 min walk to the historical centre, 5 min walk to the train station. One of the best city's restaurants is next-door.
It is an amazing historical not over touristic town conveniently located in the North of Italy. You can easily get by train or by car to ski resorts, famous Piemonte vineries, Italian coast or French Riviera. Torino is 50 km away, Milano - 119 km away.
