Delightful flat in the heart of Ortigia, in Via Corte degli Avolio. Passing through the entrance gate, the flat is on the ground floor on the left, you do not have to climb the stairs! Features: 30 m2 ground floor flat (max 3-4 pers), consisting of a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a loft room with king-size bed. Amenities: Air conditioning and heating Wi-FI TV Courtesy service in the bathroom and hairdryer Fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine House rules: Max. 3-4 guests No pets No parties - no parties No smoking in the house, only in the outdoor courtyard. Leave the keys in the box outside when checking out.
Located in the heart of the historical centre of Ortigia, adjacent to the splendid and evocative Piazza Duomo, a strategic position for visiting all the island's beauties (Temple of Apollo, Cathedral, Arethusa Spring, Jewish Baths, Maniace Castle, etc.).
