An elegant, recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment with stunning views of Isola Comacina island in Lake Como. Perfect for families! The apartment can host up to 5 people: there is a double bedroom with an additional single sofa bed (which will be suitable for a child), and the double sofa bed in the living room is a great solution if you wish to wake up to an amazing view. The living room and kitchen create a wide open space, large and bright, provided with all the necessary tools to enjoy a delicious dinner... with a view! The terrace overlooking the lake and the Comacina island has an outdoor table and chairs for 4, as well as reclining chairs to relax in the sun 365 days per year. Please note that stairs must be taken to reach the building from the main road. We suggest our guests to arrive by car. Convenient free parking inside the building is available to the guests. There is space for one medium-sized car. There is also paid street parking in the neighborhood.
