Smoking is strictly forbidden everywhere inside the apartment. Penalty: 350 EUR. Possibility to smoke quietly on the terrace. All items in this house are filed and photographed, any lack or damage after your stay will require a refund of the latter. If you do not report accidental damage the refund will be higher. In case of lost/broken keys the penalty applied will be 400 EUR, for the total replacement of the lock. It is strictly forbidden to accommodate people who are not on the reservation. We ask you, with common sense, to adopt a quiet and discreet behavior between 22:00 and 09:00. Do not excessively dirty the apartment, otherwise penalties proportional to the dirt left will be applied. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double bed (160x190) where there are soft face and body towels, 2 soft pillows and a large closet. The open plan living area consists of kitchen, living room and terrace with a green lawn attached sea view. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities; gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, complete set of pots, dishes, cutlery and all the various utensils useful for cooking or creating meals with friends. There is also a kettle and a NESPRESSO machine. The living room consists of a table with 4 chairs, a sofa bed (140x200) and a 50" Samsung UHD smart TV with which guests can relax watching their favorite movies and TV series, thanks to the free service we offer with an already registered Netflix account. The most striking part is definitely the elegant terrace, consisting of a table and 4 chairs where you can enjoy dishes and aperitifs in a charming summer sunset. The bathroom is complete with all the necessary sanitary ware: a bathtub/shower, a mirror and a cabinet in which there is a hair dryer.
