Accommodation is ideal whether you are a group of friends, family, or a couple. Porto Santo Stefano is a location with plenty of facilities for every needs. Highly bright apartment for multiple guests, consisting of a very spacious living room and a lovable terrace where you can enjoy a magnificent sea view, two separate guestrooms providing appreciated privacy with spectacular view, complete bathroom, kitchen equipped with everything you need and a private parking lot. The living room is modern and very bright. In addition to two comfortable sofas and a TV HD, there is a majestic Crystal and Carrara Marble table that can be used to eat and work with a magnificent sea view. The outdoor area consists of a terrace with tables and chairs to enjoy fantastic breakfasts or drinks, ideal for a well-deserved rest in the shade. In addition, two sun loungers are provided for those who enjoy some relax. The kitchen has all new household appliances and is equipped with all possible amenities, including a dishwasher and a microwave oven. It has a comfortable and spacious bar table with stools to create a connecting point between the kitchen and living area. The two double bedrooms, are very bright and cozy and are equipped with comfortable queen-size beds and large built-in wardrobes. If necessary, a baby cot is supplied upon request. The air conditioning located in the corridor provides an optimal temperature in both bedrooms. The newly renovated bathroom offers a very spacious shower, complete sanitary facilities, washing machine and hairdryer. The house is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Upon your arrival, you will have a private parking space so you will not have to worry about parking for your entire stay. Being on the ground floor and without any steps, the house is ideal for access for disabled or elderly persons. We are in one of the most renowned, rich, and populated areas of Monte Argentario. Moving with your car in 15 minutes you can reach Feniglia Beach, a 7 km long pine forest and beach immersed in a nature reserve. Feniglia is a suitable beach for families; it is sandy and has shallow waters. Here you can rent sun lounger and umbrella, it is equipped with bar, restaurants, shower, and restrooms. However, it is also free beach. In 10 minutes by car, you can reach Giannella Beach long slightly breezier shoreline with a panoramic view of the hinterland. Moreover, being a promontory of rare beauty almost completely surrounded by the sea, you can enjoy the endless “calette” (inlets) typical of this area. For the more adventurous, this area offers a wide range of experiences, from the most relaxed ones to the most adrenalin-pumping. In Porto Santo Stefano, you can rent dinghies and sailing boats even without marine license, or book guided experiences around the promontory.
