The Prestige Residence was born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing by the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and just 10 minutes on foot you can reach the Torre Cerrano, an ancient port which is now the seat of the Protected Marine Area of the same name & quot; Torre del Cerrano & quot ;. The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests.
