This lovely residential complex consists of several terraced units interspersed with flowerbeds and gardens, a few steps from the sea, in a reserved and panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Marinella and only 5 km from Porto Rotondo. Inside the complex there is a bar/restaurant and a privately run market, the seasonal opening of which is generally from June to September. It has well-furnished flats with soft colours and natural materials that blend in well with their surroundings. The flats are distributed in a main building or in one- or two-storey terraced buildings, most with veranda or balcony, some with sea view, and are equipped with: TV, hairdryer (on request), toaster, electric kettle, air conditioning (1 split), equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, iron and ironing board (on request), 1 sun umbrella supplied per flat, microwave. FACILITY SERVICES reception 09:00/13:00 - 17:00/20:00, Wi-Fi (reception area), unattended parking, playground communal washing machine, bicycles (free use subject to availability, deposit required), padel court (privately managed). THE PRICE INCLUDES: energy consumption (electricity, water, gas), first supply of towels and bed linen (change of towels and bed linen every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights), final cleaning (except cleaning of the kitchenette, which must be cleaned by the guest before check-out), air conditioning, use of bicycles (subject to availability), communal washing machine, parking.

Neighbourhood information

This lovely residential complex is located a few steps from the sea, in a reserved and panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Marinella and only 5 km from Porto Rotondo, so the use of a car is recommended. The property is 15 km from the port and airport of Olbia, 7 km from the port of Golfo Aranci and 139 km from Porto Torres.
