About this property

Hotel Residence Esplanade is an elegant Art Nouveau building, ideally located just 50 metres from the beach and right next to the lush Pineta di Ponente pinewood, in the heart of Viareggio. It offers spacious and refined rooms and self-catering apartments, all equipped with a minibar, satellite flat-screen TV, and free WiFi throughout. Each accommodation features a modern design, a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer, and air conditioning during the summer season for maximum comfort.
