Property information

"Il Cascinetto" is a structure consisting of several two-room apartments (for max 4 persons) and two three-room apartments (for max 6 persons). All accommodations are independent, furnished and equipped with linens and kitchen utensils, are preseti, in addition, 2 televisions for each apartment. Included in the price is cleaning service, wifi internet and use of the uncovered parking lot located in the courtyard inside the facility. The complex is located a short distance from the beautiful historic center, the city's university hubs and major hospital treatment centers, as well as shopping centers. The facility is served by a very close stop of two bus lines or conveniently reachable even by car, as it is close to an exit of Pavia's eastern ring road. Our complex awaits you at 35/D Giovanni Tavazzani Street in Pavia.

The neighborhood where the facility is located is a residential neighborhood in a quiet, suburban area. In the immediate vicinity are basic necessity stores and within a 15-minute walk is the commercial area of Pavia located in Via Vigentina (Carrefour, Brico, etc.).
