Newly built in 2020, it is only 100 metres from the sea and one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia. It has a contemporary and modern design. The use of light colours, natural materials and minimalist furnishings contextualise the complex in an environment of relaxation and tranquillity. 56 finely furnished flats, equipped with every comfort, are divided into 5 living groups surrounded by gardens. Beautiful, brand new swimming pool! 2-room apartments for 4 persons Comfort and Premium: approx. 38 m², living room with kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed (approx. 180 cm long), double bedroom, bathroom. Flats: elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort, they can be on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with terrace, both equipped with table and chairs. They have air conditioning, smoke detector, satellite TV, wi-fi, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and bathroom with hairdryer and shower. In the Comfort flats 2 induction hobs and a built-in table fridge, in the Premium flats 4 induction hobs, fridge and dishwasher. Each flat is supplied with 1 parasol INCLUDED: , electricity, water, use of swimming pool, 1 supply of bed and bath linen per week, for stays of 14 days or more 1 free tidying up (except kitchenette), final cleaning (except kitchenette cleaning, which has to be cleaned by the customer before check-out), air conditioning, use of barbecue, use of self-service laundry, private indoor and outdoor parking, use of bicycles until exhaustion (deposit required)
