The fine print
The SPA is closed from November to March. From April to October it is accessible from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for an additional fee, which also includes slippers, bathrobe and towel. Access is allowed only to guests over 18 years of age. Due to events or maintenance, the spa may not be accessible during your stay, plus the spa area is shared with other guests and to ensure everyone's relaxation there is a maximum number of people who can access at the same time, so booking the service is recommended.
Following the entry into force of the Legislative Decree of 05/23/2011, n° 79, and of the Ministry of the Interior Circular n° 400/A/2012/23.1.3 of 03/05/2012, also for minors the obligation to show an identity document with photo for registration at hotels (identity card or passport) has become mandatory and effective. For minors not accompanied by their parents, in addition to the minor's identity card or passport, a written authorization from the parents is also mandatory, indicating the dates of overnight stay and a photocopy of the parents' identity documents.
