Property information

House immersed in the Crete Senesi. Classic style, genuine and very refined. Large spaces set by various arches present outside and inside. Generous travertine terrace, ideal for outdoor dining in summer. Loggia with arches, excellent for enjoying an aperitif. All decorated with a garden visible from the terrace and the living room. Neighbourhood information

The house is immersed in the Crete Senesi, far from the town center (but not too much, about 800 meters). Very close is the Saltarancio Adventure Park, as well as various horse farms, with which it is possible to take walks immersed in nature. There are various spa centers within 3 - 5 minutes by car. Numerous walks on site or within a few minutes by car, in the wonderful landscapes of the Tuscan countryside. All very well served by public transport (train station 1700 meters away) and close to the motorway junction. Siena is 20 minutes away by car while the entrance to the A1 motorway is 15 minutes away.
