“San Lazzaro House”, is versatile living space found on the ground floor of a small apartment building. Located in the much sort after and fashionable quartiere of San Lazzaro with the added attraction of being close to everywhere of interest, with the historical centre only a ten minute walk away. Surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and pastry shops, it has a nearby chemist and the emergency doctor only minutes away. Equipped with Wifi and both central heating and air conditioning. - Large entrance with fitted wardrobes and cupboards. - ⁠Situated on the wooden/ glass loft area is the main bedroom which looks on to the living area. - ⁠Dining area equipped with design table and chairs. - ⁠A fully equipped kitchen. - ⁠Newly renovated bathroom with attractive glass shower. - ⁠Communicating terrace which leads to the dining /living area. - ⁠Small laundry room with washing machine and cleaning supplies.
