La nostra struttura è a gestione familiare con la passione per le moto e le biciclette, visto che il nostro territorio e la nostra posizione si presta come Base per giri sia verso il Parco del Monte San Vicino ;nel parco dei Monti Sibillini, e ultimo , ma certo non di importanza il Monte Conero. Dove sono previsti dei percorsi tracciati.

La nostra struttura è stata ricavata da un edificio di fine 1600 interamente ristrutturato nel 2012 cercando di mantenere la sua originalità strutturale, con arredamenti dei primi del novecento ; cercando di dotare i nostri ospiti di tutti i confort con un a cortile e una grande soggiorno cucina che è sempre a disposizione come luoghi comuni.
