Recently built, this bright and welcoming apartment features a terrace with wonderful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It is just 10 minutes’ walk from the beautiful and popular beach of Ossuccio and the lakeside promenade with many bars, restaurants, and clubs. The apartment has a large swimming pool shared with other guests of the property, a covered parking space as well as modern and comfortable furniture. The apartment consists of: ❤ Living room with kitchenette, dining table, and sofa bed (Sleeps 1). ❤ Bedroom with double bed. ❤ Bedroom with 2 single beds. ❤ Bathroom with shower. ❤ Terrace with a fantastic view of Lake Como and dining table. ❤ Cooling system in every space. ❤ Free WI-FI. ❤ Shared swimming pool (6 apartments in the Residence) ❤ Sheets and towels for 5 people are included in the price. ❤ The apartment is about 75 square meters. ❤ Private garage for 1 car. ❤ Swimming pool is open from 1st May to 30th September.
