Collection of rubish at San Vito lo Capo , takes place every day, time frame and all neccessary information including the address of where the rubish is being deposited , will be available to Guests on arrival from the Property.
Guests are kindly invited not to leave rubish inside the appartment as it will be ocurring a loss of the damage deposit (100 EUR), applied by the Property in order to cover the costs of any eventual damage and /or the case of abandonment of rubish .
The house consists of 2 bookable solutions: an apartment with terrace and a bedroom with private bathroom. Only the first floor apartment has a kitchen and terrace.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform SOLE MIO Vacation in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
