Amazing flat in Punta Est - Capo Coda Cavallo completely renovated consisting of 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and 1 with 2 bunk beds), fully furnished kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), living room with large flat-screen TV, 3 bathrooms and large terrace with unobstructable sea view, equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, hairdryer and communal pool. It is 12 km from the centre of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda, which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away. In the residence there is a small square with 2 bars, 3 restaurants and a food mini-market. You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village by a flight of steps. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has ample parking for a fee.Capo Coda Cavallo has become a Protected Marine Area in order to preserve one of Sardinia's iconic natural sites.
