Grazie alla sua posizione strategica, questo spazio offre facile accesso a tutte le attrazioni locali, è a pochi passi dal Duomo e da via Cavour, la via dello shopping. Si trova al piano terra di un palazzo storico recentemente ristrutturato con pochi condomini, davanti a un bar, un ristorante e un piccolo alimentari. Si tratta di un bilocale con letto matrimoniale e la possibilità di preparare altri due letti singoli nell'altra camera.
