Nice 30sqm studio apartment with breathtaking panoramic sea view, located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift. 10sqm balcony equipped with table, chairs and outdoor furniture to have lunch or enjoy an aperitif while admiring the blue of the sea during the day and the starry sky in the evening! The apartment has all the main comforts and is 2.5km from the enchanting Isola Bella beach! The center of Taormina with all its services (bars, restaurants, pharmacies) is only 900m away! The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with kitchenette with hob, gas oven and refrigerator; - SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed and single bed; - BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning, iron, clothes hanger and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen available to all guests. The private parking (only for 1 car) is located in astreet inside the complex and is outdoor and assigned. It is better to have a small-medium sized car, because the road to reach the complex is uphill and in Taormina it is not easy to travel with large cars. Condominium swimming pool available from 8:30 till 20:30, from June 1st to September 30th.
