Terrazza di Flamy is a new amazing penthouse with double terrace located in the most elegant and romantic spot of the historical city centre of Rome, few minutes away from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps. The apartment is located at the top floor (IV floor - 75 steps) of a building without elevator. The flights of steps are large and comfy. The apartment is composed of a large and bright living room tastefully furnished with a library, a brand new sofa and armchair. The air conditioning is in the living room; and just in front of it, are the two intimate, quiet, cozy bedrooms, that boast an unforgettable view over the roofs of Rome. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second room is furnished with a sofa that can be transformed in a queen size bed if needed. Please note that the bedrooms are in front of the air conditioning in the living room. By turning on the AC in the living room, both the bedrooms will cool down. Nearby the bedrooms is the sunny bathroom with XL shower (installed in December 2022), lit up by a large window. Walking back to the livingroom, just behind the corner is the dining area with a large table; then the panoramic kitchen, fully equipped with Fridge, oven, kettle, Nespresso, etc., where you can prepare tasty meals while enjoying the peaceful view of the first terrace. The real jewel of this amazing apartment is the outdoor space. From the livingroom you can reach the first of the two terraces. Then, through a windstaircase, reach the large blooming panoramic roof terrace, furnished with table and chairs, covered with an awning for sunny days. The view is just grogeous: Villa Borghese and Villa Medici on one side, the city centre with its churches and domes on the other. It will make your stay in Rome really unforgettable. For dimension and distribution of the spaces, the penthouse Terrazza di Flamy is perfect for a couple, or a family or close friends.

The apartment is located in via di San Giacomo, a little and quiet street in the so-called Trident, an area delimited by three straight roads, via di Ripetta, via del Corso and via del babuino, departing from Piazza del Popolo and diverging southward, taking the shape of a trident. The strategic location is perfect to explore the historical city centre on foot: both the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo with its Egyptian obelisk are at few mins walk; Piazza Navona with Bernini’s fountains, the roman Pantheon and the majestic Trevi Fountain are at 15 mins walk.
