Beautiful and bright apartment overlooking the lake, furnished in a modern key and equipped with every comfort, this property is the perfect home for family holidays, it is in fact composed of a large living room with a view that houses two sofas to ensure relaxation on the return from walks, a dining area and a beautiful kitchen with dishwasher, a double bedroom, a bedroom with single beds, 2 full bathrooms (1 with shower and one with Jacuzzi), outdoor terraces to enjoy the spectacle of the panorama at 360 degrees. To make sure you don't miss anything, this property has a well-kept garden with swimming pool overlooking the lake, solarium and private covered parking space. Linen always included and free Wi-fi. COMMUNAL POOL: The swimming pool opening period is from 01/06/2024 until 15/09/2024. Pets are not allowed in the property.
