The Ivy Villa is a newly built luxury property located in Sant’Agnello near Sorrento (less than 2 km from downtown), with easy access to the beach (the lift to the sea is less than 250 meters away), restaurants, bars, all within a short walk, while a supermarket and some groceries, as well as the train station are about 600 meters away. This luxury villa offers all kind of modern comforts and it is the ideal choice for large families or group of friends looking for a luxury accommodation to spend an unforgettable holiday in this wonderful region. The Ivy Villa consists of 3 independent units, it develops on 3 levels, it offers a total of 7 bedrooms and it can comfortably accommodate 14 people (+ 2 in sofa beds at extra cost). Extra costs to be paid on site: Refundable deposit of euro 1.000 City tax: euro 4,00 per day (up to 1 week), per person (from 18 years onwards). Parking on site if available, max 2 cars, on a first come first served basis, at euro 18,00 per day. Alternatively it is possible to park in a nearby garage (150 meters away) at about euro 20,00 per day.
