Located in the heart of Catanzaro, close to all catering services, ideal for holidays and work. We have different sizes of apartments available for your every need. 1- 75sqm apartment, 1- 60sqm apartment with balcony, 1- 20sqm studio apartment (ground floor). You will always have the entire apartment available, the sizes vary but they are all with double bed, a kitchen or kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee maker, bathroom with tub or shower and bidet, for those with larger sizes also very comfortable sofa, and washing machine. EXTRA service, BREAKFAST and LUNCH at home, à la carte price. You will be a 5-minute walk from Piazza Matteotti, the main square of Catanzaro with its famous fountain with the statue of the Cavatore, the Tribunal and the Corso where you can find shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants and everything you need.
