Villa Arenile with private access to the sea, is located within the beautiful and famous Fontane Bianche bay, surrounded by a beautiful park of 3000 square meters and from the crystal clear sea, from its veranda and its garden you can enjoy your moments of relaxation pampered by the sound of the waves of the sea. The villa is in a strategic position, less than 500 meters from the famous white sand beach and with private access on the cliff where you can snorkel.The villa is surrounded by a luxuriant garden of 3000 square meters so that you can see the sea from almost all areas of the park. The house instead is positioned in a higher position, predominantly on the garden and on the sea, with a breathtaking view. From the large veranda with lounge and tables for lunch or dinner overlooking the sea, where you can usually enjoy breathtaking sunsets, you enter the large living room very bright, with sea view and pine forest, with dining area and TV corner, with satellite channels, as well as a small bathroom. The kitchen and the laundry are at the back, and it is equipped with kettle, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator, washing machine, espresso and cappuccino coffee etc..

The villa is in a strategic position, less than 500 meters from the famous white sand beach and with private access on the cliff where you can snorkel and be enchanted by the underwater world. Furthermore, less than 100 meters away there is also a solarium where it is possible to have umbrellas, sunbeds, restaurant and bar directly on the sea. From the villa, equipped with a rental car you can discover the many famous destinations of Sicily just a few minutes from the house, such as Noto, Avola, Marzamemi, Ortigia, the Cavagrande reserve or the Vendicari reserve.- Noto 20 km - Avola 10 km - Natural Reserve of Vendicari 26 km - Marzamemi 40 km - Ortigia 20 km - Cavagrande lake 20 km
