A beautiful sunny spacious villa over three levels with additional independent little studio villa. Tastefully furnished, modern and comfortable. A perfect haven for those looking for a home from home experience with Biking and Hiking trails. An ideal base to explore Lake Maggiore. Stunning dining room with stained-glass windows, terraces for alfresco dining. The Main Villa hosts two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All very elegant and well furnished. There are four well presented bathrooms for extra comfort. The villa is divided for privacy and convenience. There are 2 terraces, one at the dinig area and one on the top floor. The independant smaller villa hosts one double bedroom and one bathroom. There is a small upstairs sitting area with TV a cosy spot to relax and unwind. The well presented Gardens, have pretty terrace area and a suntrap base overlooking the wonderful sparkling Lake Maggiore views. There is also seating areas in the shade with plenty of space for al fresco dining in Italian style! The villa hosts magnificent views Comfortable Sitting areas with 2 smart TVs, Wifi and home comforts.

Neighbourhood information

An ideal villa for hikers, cyclists and walkers or for explorers to enjoy all the different shores, towns and villages around Lake Maggiore. Cannero Riviera is only an 8km drive away and Verbania a short 7km drive away. Intra town offers easy access to the car ferry service which runs every 20 minutes directly to Laveno Mombello in Lombardy.
