Von Anfang an wurde die Villa benutzt, um die Familie im Sommer zusammenzubringen. Im Jahr 2009 wurde die Villa renoviert und der Park erweitert und zurückgefordert. Es gibt Kamelien und Azaleen von über 150 Jahren, alte Kastanienbäume und kürzlich einen Olivenhain. Leider wurde es in den 70 Teilen des Parks enteignet, um die Autobahn A9 zu bauen, die den Zauber und die Stille brach und Lärm verursachte; Preis für Entwicklung und Modernität. Im Sommer, Juni und Juli schließt das B & B und beherbergt einen von Active English organisierten Campus für Kinder.

The Villa is currently being renovated and the newly refurbished property will be available from April 2025. New up to date photos will be available and online soon. It offers newly refurbished deluxe rooms with private bathrooms with excellent breakfast and a gorgeous unique view of Lake Como and its surroundings.
