Large solarium equipped with sunbeds , umbrella and relax corner with sofas and small tables, outdoor shower and barbecue area. Ample indoor parking and two covered verandas, front and rear of the villa. Panoramic equipped terrace with sea view. The villa consists of two double bedrooms complete with air conditioning and TV set with new furniture. Main bathroom equipped with shower cabin and double bathroom also equipped with shower and washing machine. New and modern kitchen equipped with every comfort (ventilated electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, food scale, refrigerator and 4 burner stove) cutlery and dishes provided. Living room/living room complete with table, chairs , TV , double sofa bed and air conditioning. Additional accessories in the villa, wi-FI, video intercom, bedding and sponges for bathroom and pool. Possibility of linen change on request. Villa is 400 metres away from the beach (5 minutes walk). Only pets up to 5 kg are allowed. Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
