Villa Malaya for 18 persons consists of the main villa with swimming pool for 12 people and the annexe, also with swimming pool, is located on the same property a short distance away accommodating a further six people, for a grand total of 18 people. The elegant, minimalist interiors evoke a sense of calm and balance that the Villa manages to communicate while remaining remarkably understated so as not to distract from the incredible views from inside the house and from the poolside. You will enjoy endless days in the company of your nearest and dearest and you will be pampered by our staff who will be available at all times to suggest excursions, boat trips or home chefs. Make your choice: choose to experience the sea, choose expertise, choose ClickSardegna for your vacation. Main Villa: On the ground floor of the villa you will find six bedrooms, five of which are doubles and one twin bedroom, and three bathrooms (one with a normal bath and two with showers). On the first floor, on the other hand, you will find the living area with TV corner, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a terrace with sun loungers, dining table and barbecue where you can enjoy delicious grills overlooking the sea. Exclusive swimming pool in the beautiful garden. Air conditioning is equipped in two bedrooms on the ground floor. The annex is divided into two floors. On the ground floor you will find a dining area and equipped kitchen, a living area with dining area and a double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor, on the other hand, you will find two double bedrooms with a small terrace from which to enjoy the view of the sea and the panorama. Swimming pool in front of the depandance. Air conditioning is located only on ground floor.

Situated on one of the most beautiful and scenic roads on the island, the residence is surrounded by a 1-hectare garden of trees and Mediterranean scrub. Featuring breathtaking views of the Coral Riviera, Villa Malaya is the ideal holiday destination in Sardinia. Quiet neighborhood close to the sea (800 meters as the crow flies) from the sea and only 4km from Alghero Car is needed to reach the sea which is about 4km away and the town of Alghero also 4km from the house
