Born in Italy and travelled extensively abroad , I speak 3 languages well , italian, english french and know a little spanish. I enjoy the outdoors cycling, swimming are my biggest sport passions however skiing and trekking are a close second. Food , wine , people ...love all three ! If you want privacy we respect this if you need help just ask !

Farmhouse Olivo is a charming restored barn villa inside a big estate is one of the perfect vacation rentals for a country stay without a car with the comforts of a home. The farmhouse is on 2 levels very characteristic with tuscan charm . Perfect for friends travelling together, families or couples. The kitchen has a dining area and opens onto the old stone area with a table and charis for al fresco dining, pool view and country view. You can enjoy the view also of florence from your bedroom upstairs. A hallway leads to the first bedroom with twin beds (if you require a double let us know we can push them together) , a bathroom with wc and shower next to the room. The main bedroom is at the end of the hall and has a ensuite bathroom with shower. This is a very charming property

Neighbourhood information

Everything local! Little pizzerias , bars, food shops (old style of course !! as we use to shop!) . Local train station that runs all day and evening to Florence , Pisa , Siena and other local towns. Lovely trekking areas, parks , tennis courts , open markets once a week . Like to cook take a tuscan cooking class with a professional Italian chef ! Noted as the best in Tuscany . As a guest you get a discount. Local trains and buses, major connections to highways and we can arrange tranfers or drivers for tours and excursions or guides. Visit all of Tuscany easily from this strategic location
