This typical Tuscan farmhouse is situated in a quiet and secluded location, but only 1 Km from the nearest village ,Figline Valdarno, where you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Villa Pancrazzi is situated in a strategic location that allows you to reach the most important places in Tuscany, in fact is only 30 min drive from Florence, Chianti and Arezzo. the farmhouse is divided into 2 apartments: The apartment on the ground floor is furnished in rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floor, can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation consists of an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a lounge / dining room and a sofa bed. The apartment on the first floor can accommodate up to 7 people. The accommodation consists of an independent entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 single bed a lounge / dining room and a sofa bed. Outside you can find a beautiful garden designed in every detail, where you can spend sunny days.
Me and my sister Francesca will be ready to meet you and introduce you to the apartment, giving you advice on what to do and what to see, to make your stay more enjoyable.
Quiet and relaxing area but only 1 km from Figline Valdarno and only 300 m from a typical bakery where you can find typical Tuscan artisanal products. Just 1 km away you can also find a public swimming pool (AQVA) and another just 8 km with slides and in-house restaurant (LAS VEGAS). Warning! Since there is not much availability of public transport, it is advisable to reach Villa Pancrazzi by car.
