Nice apartment just renovated and equipped with all comforts, including wi-fi and smart TV, The terrace on the ground floor overlooking the Lugana vineyards is very relaxing. The residence has a very modern newly renovated infinity pool for adults and children. The lifeguard is always present. Just a couple of kilometers to get to the Bergamini beach and BRACCO BALDO Beach, the only beach equipped for animals. Just five minutes away is the historic center of Peschiera del Garda. The LIDL and the nearest pharmacy is 2.5 km away. Gardaland and all the amusement parks are quickly reachable taking the ring road.
