There are two entrances to the house: from the main road through a gated driveway to park the car (up to 3 cars) and promenade through eraser pedestrian. The living room is spacious and overlooks the garden surrounding the house, with windows and French windows. It has a large fireplace in the corner, sitting area with sofa and armchairs, dining area with table and chairs for 8 people, TV. The kitchen is separated from the living room and is equipped with dishwasher, gas stove, new refrigerator. The living room leads to 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom faces towards the main road, 2 doubles look out towards the sea (with a window and the other with French windows). The villa has two bathrooms: one bathroom has access from the hallway, the other has access to the last room. The bathrooms (with window) are with shower, covered by a curtain. Complete the house the boiler room and a laundry room with washing machine, a little sink for hand wash and utility room. The garden is private and surrounds the house. The living room leads to the garden which has a porch with table and chairs. This house is very suitable for families with children: the garden leads directly to the municipal playground. Located: 30 meters from the sea, 50 meters from shops and 400 meters from the village center. *Pets allowed on request at the time of booking, a supplement and a security deposit will be required. Animals cannot stay outside alone because there are areas in common with the first floor.

Castiglione della Pescaia is the most famous tourist resort on the south coast of the Maremma: a combination of nature, sea, cultural and artistic heritage to visit which make it unique in its kind. The medieval castle dominates the village and the ancient streets to which it belongs can be visited especially in the evening to enjoy enchanting sunsets and the sea breeze. This seaside resort is suitable both for those who want a relaxing holiday and for lovers of sport and active life. There are many bars and restaurants suitable for every budget, and the beaches are equipped with bathing establishments where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, surf and paddle. You can easily move around on foot because the distances are short, or by bicycle along one of the many cycle paths. And for those who want to explore nearby places, there is a wide choice of Etruscan archaeological sites (Vetulonia and Roselle), the Maremma Natural Park, or cities like Siena (1 hour by car), Florence (1 hour and a half) . An excursion to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago is also recommended, with mini cruises leaving every day from the port of Castiglione.
