Property information

Terraces equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and parasols, stone balconies and finely tended gardens enrich the property. The house on the first floor consists of a living room, dining room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, two of which are double. On the lower floor there is a play area for children and a relaxation area with a bar, table football and pinball machine. The entire house is furnished with period furniture and artwork, and the exposed-beam roof and original floors give the house an old-world atmosphere. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. At the guesthouse there is private parking available for 2/3 cars l Pets are accepted and welcome.

Neighbourhood information

The guest quarters is a small villa of about 130 square metres, accessed via an amusing stone staircase, preserved from the original structure. The view sweeps over the Borromeo Gulf, the surrounding mountains and the Fondotoce Nature Reserve.
