Its strategic position makes it ideal for visiting the city of Verona, Lake Garda and the morainic hills, guaranteeing comfort with travel and practicality.

The flat is located in the centre of the village of Pescantina. Bar, pizzeria, grocery store, pharmacy and other services within a radius of 500 metres, easily reachable on foot. Parking next to the flat, free of charge. The flat is strategically located a short distance from various places of cultural, natural and entertainment interest, two minutes from the entrance to the ring road and five minutes from the Verona Nord motorway exit. For those who wish to use public transport (which is infrequent), the bus stop is only a five-minute walk away.
