Cozy apartment of 45 sqm, can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the first floor of a building with elevator (NOT suitable for disabled people). The property is in a strategic position, just 4 km from the heart of Udine, well served by public transport and at the entrance to the ring road to reach the motorway link towards Trieste-Venice and Tarvisio- Austria. The City of Udine Polyclinic is just a 3-minute drive away. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (stove with gas cylinder, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen utensils), sofa bed (140x170 cm), dining table, TV and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating with valves, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: There is a step at the entrance of the building. In the entrance hall of the building there are steps. The shower tray is raised. There is no air conditioning in the apartment. The condominium rules provide for the following hours of silence: from 12 AM to 3.30 PM; from 8 PM to 8 AM.

The apartment is located in Pasian Di Prato, Santa Caterina area, in a strategic position, just 4 km from the heart of Udine, well served by public transport and at the entrance to the ring road to reach the motorway link towards Trieste-Venice and Tarvisio- Austria. All the main services are located near the apartment, including a nursing home. From here it is possible to easily reach the Air Force Base of Rivolto (18 km), Codroipo and Villa Manin (20 km), San Daniele (25 km), Buttrio Collio Friulano (20 km), Cividale del Friuli (25 km), Palmanova (25 km), Pordenone (50 km), as well as all the tourist resorts in the north, center and south of Friuli Venezia Giulia thanks to the ring road that makes traveling by car smooth and fast.
