The parking lot has been abolished. If you are driving, please use the Yamanoyu Hotel parking lot (coin parking), which is a 2-minute walk from our facility, or the Yubatake Kanko parking lot near the bus terminal. The motorcycle bicycle parking lot will not be abolished, so please use the Yubatake kanko parking lot for motorcycles. The parking lot in front of the guesthouse is not our property, so please do not park there. Also, it is very disappointing, but there are too many orders to come and leave your luggage before check-in time. In the worst case, you may be asked to keep your luggage from 8:00 in the morning. Unfortunately, we charge 2,000 yen per luggage storage before check-in. We may not be able to accept it. Also, we do not store luggage in the morning. Please note that a late fee will be charged for any delays. Please understand that we cannot always wait for you. If you are too late, you will not be able to check in, so please check before booking. If you are late you will be charged a late fee. Late fees are only a relief measure for those who are late, and guests who are significantly late will not be able to stay. Please understand that there will be no refunds in this case. Recently, I'm having trouble with a lot of non-service orders at a guest house that is supposed to be self-service. Our inn is only a simple lodging place, so please act at your own responsibility. I used to operate a guest house in another prefecture, but I have moved. Kusatsu gyoten has been operating since July 2019. The owner has stayed around the world for about 8 years. We are planning to welcome a new manager from January 15th.
It takes about 3 minutes to reach Yubatake, the tourist center of Kusatsu. There are famous restaurants such as “Daichaan”, “Izakaya / Genji”, Western “Donguri” and Italian “Al Rododendro” nearby. The supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, but there is a “makoto store” near the side dish shop, where you can buy side dishes and ingredients.
