This is a new facility that just opened on August 15, 2020. All rooms are non-smoking apartment type rooms with bath, toilet, washing machine, mini refrigerator and electric kettle. * There is no TV and no kitchen. This is a facility where you can check in by yourself without having to meet the staff. Amenity is the minimum necessary, but short-term stays from 1 night on business trips to long-term stays of about 1 month are possible. It is also ideal for telework.

It is in a good location, about 14 minutes to Osaka Station and about 20 minutes to Universal Studios Japan! It also has good access to many leisure facilities such as Kaiyukan and Osaka Bay Tower. 2 minutes walk from the nearest station to the facility. Convenience stores, supermarkets, family restaurants, shopping streets, post offices and major banks are also nearby, making it convenient for long-term stays.
