30 sec. by foot to Shin-Osaka Station (the nearest exit is the east exit, JR, subway, Shinkansen. There are many shops & restaurants and 24-hour convenience store nearby our apartment. 【Room】 1 spacious studio room with 2 semi-double bed + 2 single sofa beds. 【Facilities】 - kitchen with basic cooking tools / plates / cutleries - rice cooker - microwave - kettle - fridge *We do not provide seasonings, oils, etc. due to hygiene reasons - unit bathroom (toilet and bath are in the same room) with bathtub *Consumables (toilet paper, tissues, etc.) are not refilled during your stay - air-con (central air-conditioning. You can only change air flow from the room.) - TV - low table - hoover - FREE portable WIFI - FREE washing machine & dryer in the building (not in the room) 【Check-in / out】 - Check-In time by : 16:00-19:15 pm - Check-out time by 11:00 * We can let you drop off your luggages before the check in time. Please message us for the special arrangement. * Our main door will be closed after 7:15 pm. You need to use an access card to come back to the building. If you can't arrive before 7:15 pm on that night. Please let us know, you need to book the key delivery service before 2 days of check in date. it will be a extra cost. Please message us if you needed.
