“ホテル前の道路でサマーフェスタがあり交通規制があるとメールをいただきました。駐車場が不安だったのでホテルに確認したら宿泊日から三日間交通規制がありかなり混雑するとの事でした。早めに行って駐車したい旨を伝え当日は無事に駐車することができました。チェックイン時間まで荷物をフロントで預かってもらい時間になったら部屋に運んでおいてくれました。車を出庫する時も担当の方にメモ書きで申し送りされてスムーズに帰路につくことができました。フロントの方々の確実な仕事に感謝します。”
