You can use East House and the terrace freely anywhere. Up to two parking lots are free. You need to climb the stairs from the parking lot. Because it is located on the slope of the mountain of the hill, it is necessary to climb the steep stairs. There are also possibilities that musshes, monkeys, and cats will invade.
